Who can apply B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc Food Technology or Food Science graduates (freshers with strong basics are also considered)

What you will do

  • Develop and scale up new products and improve existing recipes
  • Carry out chemical and physical testing and shelf-life studies
  • Prepare specifications, nutrition labels and product documentation
  • Monitor in-process quality, hygiene and GMP on the shop floor
  • Maintain FSSAI, NPOP organic and food safety records and support audits
  • Work with white-label clients on formulations and samples

Testing and processes you will handle

  • Moisture
  • Protein (Kjeldahl method)
  • Fat (Soxhlet extraction)
  • Total ash and acid-insoluble ash
  • Crude fibre, carbohydrate and energy for nutrition labels
  • Acidity, pH and acid value
  • Raw material and finished product specification checks

Who can apply

  • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a closely related subject
  • Experience in a food manufacturing, R&D or QC role preferred
  • Knowledge of FSSAI labelling rules, GMP and HACCP
  • Able to travel daily to Hayath Nagar, Hyderabad
