We ship across India from our own facility in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Orders placed before 10am are picked up by our courier the same day, Monday to Saturday. Anything later — or placed on a Sunday — goes out on the next working day.
Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched once you’ve confirmed them with us on WhatsApp.
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat charge of ₹50 applies. First-time customers get free shipping on orders of ₹299 and above.
Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 7 working days.
On rare occasions, delays can occur due to unforeseen issues with our third-party courier partners. If your order is delayed, write to us at info@tummyfriendlyfoods.com or call (+91) 90084-24849, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and we will resolve it at the earliest.
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
