By around ten months to a year, your little one wants what everyone else is eating — texture, variety, a proper meal in a bowl. Stage 3 is built for that appetite.
These are heartier multigrain porridges and instant khichdi-style meals: multigrain blends with fruits and vegetables, sprouted sathu maavu, ragi with almond and dates, and brown rice or millet khichdi with real vegetables. Complete bowls that combine grains, dals, vegetables and nuts in one preparation — the kind of meal that actually fills a toddler up.
The khichdi mixes are the ones parents tell us about most. They cook in minutes, travel well, and solve the problem of feeding a toddler away from home without resorting to packet snacks. No palm oil, no preservatives, no flavour enhancers.
Nuts appear from this stage onward for healthy fats and brain development — introduce them one at a time and watch for reactions, as you would with any new food. Sprouted grains throughout, so digestion stays comfortable even as portions get bigger.
Certified organic, lab-tested in-house to BIS standards, made fresh in small batches. From here, most families move on to our health mixes and millet snacks as their child grows into family food.
