TummyFriendly Foods – Returns & Refund
We are 100% committed for customer satisfaction. We’ll try our best to live up to your expectation. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
As you know, there is a transaction fee of around 2.5% for every transaction by the various payment gateways. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund after deducting a transaction charge of 2.5%. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
If the packaging is brand new, unopened or undamaged we’ll give you a full refund. The only time we don’t accept a return is if the product has been used or damaged by you. If you are not satisfied with the product, please write an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with return mentioned in subject field. Only items purchased directly from this website will be accepted by us. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and original invoice. You must report any damage or missing items within 2 days of delivery of the product. TummyFriendly Foods reserves the right to deny any return.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued via GooglePay, or PhonePe. For defective items, a full refund will be credited upon return. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. Kindly note there will be no refund, in case the Phone number or shipping address is wrong. In case the phone number/address is wrong, the products will get delivered on the wrong address and phone number. We’ll not have any control on that and there is no way to correct the address/phone number once the products are dispatch. So there won’t be any refund in case of wrong address or wrong phone number.
Items already shipped will not be considered as “Cancelled order” but as “Product returned for a refund”. Cost of shipping has to be borne by the Customer. To check the status of your order, please log-in to your TummyFriendly Foods account or contact our us at email@example.com
